Serenity Valley

The Serenity Valley Office Building will be one of the first Office Buildings in Brussels that will have a mix wooden/concrete structure. The reason why BPI Real Estate has chosen to construct a Building out of concrete and wood, is to minimize the environmental impact of the Building itself and its construction. Other sustainable elements integrated in the building will be the installation of geothermal energy and photovoltaic solar panels in order to no longer depend on fossil energy.

By constructing this Office complex, BPI Real Estate is aiming to provide an innovative, sustainable and energy-positive Building project and the company is endeavoring to obtain an ‘outstanding’ BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate.

The office Building is ideally located in the center of Auderghem, easily accessible by public transport (near metro station Demey) and car and at walking distance from several shops, restaurant and leisure opportunities.
