The project delivers the total refurbishment of one of the major buildings in the city centre of Brussels. The future mixed-use complex will house apartments, offices and a hotel all offering a spectacular view over the city. This gigantic restoration involves the largest part of the Centre Monnaie, excluding the major portion of the underground car park and the multi-storey shopping centre, which belong to other owners. Together with our partners, we aim for the highest certifications such as BREEAM Outstanding and Well Platinum. The building enjoys complete accessibility in terms of public transport, and a setting that offers an exceptional variety of uses, combining culture, leisure, shopping, excursions and work, to meet every urban need.
