A new project for Galika+ Landell. This iconic office building (ex CDH centre) provides a unique user experience, being flexible and modular. The outstanding architecture is to be fully renovated to maintain its strong identity while upgrading the technical features to the highest market standards. The POP building features a total of 2,000 sqm, with 25 exterior parking spaces and bike storage. Works started in Q1 2021 and delivery of the project is scheduled for Q2 2022.
