Darwin I

Darwin I, located in the new Cloche d’Or district in the south-east periphery of the city of Luxembourg, is a new urban area with optimal diversity. It houses the headquarters of several multinationals, a shopping center with a food court, the “Lycée Vauban” primary and secondary school, provides residential housing and a recreation space: the new city park which will be the biggest in Luxembourg. The building is easily accessible by car via the motorway junction “Croix de Gasperich” (access to A6 Belgium, A3 France, A1 Germany), and an excellent network of public transport is already in place e.g., bus, tram and the new suburban railway station. A separate soft mobility network is provided for pedestrians and cyclists.

The building is divided into three main elements. The circulation areas, the risers and technical services form the core and are located in the central part. The two lateral wings are thus entirely dedicated to office space.
