Aquilis

The Aquilis project is located in Namur (Jambes), on the right bank of the Meuse along the Prince de Liège Avenue.

The overall project comprises 20,500 sqm of offices spread over three buildings integrated into a landscape green area

Building D already hosts the new headquarters of the company Atradius. The two other buildings will offer a total area of 14,710 sqm, divisible and completely developable depending on the requirements of future occupants, as well as enjoyable terraces.

The new district offers pleasant landscaped green spaces conducive to relaxation. Surface circulation gives priority to pedestrians and cyclists, with parking in the basement but also visitor parking spaces easily accessible.

Aquilis will provide a BREEAM Very good Certification taken into consideration themes such as transport and mobility, landscaping, sustainable water management on the plot, the use of sustainable and healthy materials, management of site waste…
