By rethinking the structure: 30% more sqm of useable space than its current configuration, CLT structures added to the existing concrete skeleton for a low carbon footprint, optimization of the existing building that shortens construction time by at least 6 months.

In addition, the Smart technology put tenants in complete control. As a result, ‘The Precedent’ complies with passive standards (EPB Brussel 2015), will carry the ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM-certificate and will be Well Certified ready.
