This project aims to enlarge and renovate the Standard stadium with a triple ambition: a sporting ambition, an ambition for the supporters’ comfort and an ambition for the whole neighbourhood.

From a sporting point of view, the construction works intend to level up the stadium to the UEFA and FIFA standards.

For the supporters, the project plans to increase the capacity of 28,000 seats to 32,000 seats and also the number of parking spaces and services: security, seats’ comfort, bars, restaurants, audio-visual.

A reflection on general and soft mobility in particular around the stadium is developed, such as the increase of the parking supply to reduce its impact on the neighbourhood and the increase of services (leisure, commercial areas, restaurants, fitness, nursery, etc). The surroundings and the attractiveness of the site will be improved too.

All these efforts have made it possible to develop a 14,000 sqm office project whose attractiveness is reinforced by all these services.
