Allianz Real Estate and Codic are partnering to refurnish their assets in Avenue Cortenbergh, Brussels into a prime office complex.

The Cortenbergh 150-158 aims to become a flagship building in the European district of Brussels, whose location is ideal as it is located in the European district and its proximity to the two public parks and various public transports (train station, metro station, bus). The asset is located in one of the more stable European office markets and one with a very low historic vacancy rate.

The objective of this redevelopment is to expand, from an office building built in 1991 owned by Allianz Benelux merging with the adjacent building owned by Codic, therefore achieving a state-of-the-art office complex of 15,000, to be completed in Q1 2025.
